Akona is an approved training provider for the Career Transition Partnership and is registered with ELAC for enhanced learning credit 1929.

All of the courses are delivered using a blended learning approach, requiring the learners to attend classroom based lessons and distance learning to gain the qualifications. Teaching is a combination of group work and individual tuition. The approach requires a mixture of knowledge and practical assessments scenarios based training and assessments utilising the facilities at both Wembley Stadium and other high-profile venues.
