Heyrick Bond-Gunning Managing Director
A security business specialist, with knowledge of all aspects of the industry. He recently returned from setting up DHL in Iraq, advising them on risk management and business continuity. He has worked closely with The Security Industry Authority (SIA) advising them on legislating areas of the Security Industry. Prior to this Heyrick worked within the financial services industry where he was involved in the set up of a Mergers & Acquisitions information dot com. He served in the British Army as an officer in the Grenadier Guards. He has recently published a book ‘Baghdad Business School’.
Steve Ashley Managing Director
A specialist trainer with secondary knowledge in counter terrorist responses and actions. He served for over 24 years in the British Army, including Special Forces counter terrorism in Northern Ireland and Balkan’s, completed his career as Regimental Sergeant Major in the Grenadier Guards. Since leaving the Armed forces, he has been involved in Directing Safety Security Training for some of the UK’s high profile sporting and cultural events which including Premier League Football Clubs, International Cricket and Concerts.
Recent work would include the delivery of the first pilot Certificate of Match Day Stewarding (CEMS) qualification for Wembley National Stadium and he has been very instrumental in the qualification writing of the Security and Safety units for the Olympic and Paralympic “Personal Best” Pre-Volunteer Programme 2012 (PVP).
