One of the key issues concerning football clubs, on a match day, is the safety and welfare of the spectators and members of the club.

We wrote the Crowd Management Training course, which meets the standards set by the FA, FLA and First 4 Sport, so that stewards and all official members of the club are prepared for any potential scenario on match day; which includes customer service, conflict management, health and safety, fire awareness, contingency planning for emergencies and emergency aid.

Our A1 Assessor and V1 Verifier courses are created to allow any football club to establish their own in-house steward-training academy, which results in skills and training competences, plus the added benefit of driving down operation and training costs.

Stewards and club officials are introduced to the unique Akona Learning Method, which utilises classroom theory, practical group tasks, simulating real life scenarios and constant assessment.
